As I said, I really have no idea who is at fault, me for not judging the height of a normal looking kerb or Asad's for having an overly high one that wasn't obvious.0 -

Did you report it to sada at time of incident and had you any witnesses apart from family? Difficult one.
My insurance company are not prepared to pursue the matter any further, even though I have paid extra for legal cover.
There was a witness who said that she had seen exactly the same thing happen to someone else recently, however, I was too panicked about what had just happened to my car to get her details.:(0 -

I would probably take it on the chin even though it would bug me for a while. You could go through a years worth of hassle with letters and the like and get nowhere - now if it were an elderly relative who tripped walking up on to the legally too high pavement then you would be what is known as a tripper and,as such, be welcome in every solicitors office in the land:Dnever stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
Just to say there was a lot of scanning going on in T's this evening, a certain family was scanning a huge amount of kids things, seemed to be predominantly T shirts. Couldn't get down the aisle for them & their trolleys, but did peak at the scanner, and it was registering £1. (most of the T shirts are around £2.50 I think? ) Maybe worth checking items for reductions? The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0
