    go back to the main forum , find the blue NEW THREAD button at the top left of the page (near the green banners) , and press it

    Hi i cannot find the ''NEW THREAD'' all im getting is post reply in blue nothing there

    go to the main PARKING FORUM first

    then the blue NEW THREAD button is top left near the green banner

    you clearly did not follow my advice as you could not have gone to the main forum (the first part of my reply)

    its also at the bottom left of that main forum too

    As i said i am new here i dont know how to get to parking forum i type it in and it brings up aload of other different ones

    scroll to the top of this thread then, and click on the part that says (in blue) Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking

    this will take you to the main parking ticket forum

    its under the green UTILITIES/PHONES
