Hi thanks for your replys. Yes they want to write off my car and i would only get what they think its worth. But thats not good for me because i will be without a car and the money cant get me a car like i had. If this didnt happen i would still drive my car for a good few years. I only want the car as it was before the accident. Its the person who hit my car fault so why should i go through all this now?
Huh?
Go onto autotrader, print off several adverts showing cars the same make, model and mileage as yours (LOCALLY!), along with perhaps Parkers valuation, and negotiate a price so that you can then go and buy a new one straight away.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Insurance is mainly a private car thing, large organisations can underwrite themselves.
You need to establish if they have insurance or are underwritten themselves by bond.
Any advice depends on how they operate.
What difference will it make?0 -

Good advice, having been in this situation, I was offered £600 for a run around golf but refused their offer on the grounds that I could not replace my car for this amount, after suppling copy adverts and arguing the point that there was very little choice within reasonable distance to me they increased the offer to £1100The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0
