I see it's quite common going by Google, Amazon closing accounts without warning for returning too much stuff. Thank goodness Next don't do this, I would have been off the customer list years ago, I order tons of items (so only pay one delivery fee), and return at least 75% due to the sizes differing so much between items.
OP, do as I would do if Next did the same, take your business elsewhere, it's no loss really, plenty of other online retailers to choose from.0 -

This is the issue, its much easier to monitor this for Amazon as they are entirely online.0
