CPW acceptance

Hi all,
My sister applied for a contact phone with O2 via CPW website last night. She immediately got a confirmation email but is waiting for it to be accepted. On the website they advertise next day delivery so if accepted would have hoped for delivery tomorrow but she has heard nothing from them at all today.
Does anybody know how long it usually takes to get an acceptance email? She has tried calling them today but was on hold for ages and it's an 0870 number.
Thanks in advance for any info.
