Upgrade order error made by O2 aaarggh

So people advice please if possible. I called O2 and upgraded my phone to an iPhone 5 today a 4s has arrived! My order had been processed incorrectly by them! So i call to resolve and the resolution is I go out of my way to a car phone warehouse store speak to one of there idiots and return it! They will then if I call process an order for the 5. They will do me no deal to keep the 4s basically told me to go away as I'm now under contract! I guess my question is I return this and I'm out of contract will I then end up paying more for a 5 because by the time they have finished messing around the sale will have finished? Will I get a better deal because of all the messing around?

Help at the moment I'm furious!

If you're that furious, then you really need to calm yourself down.

Why don't you take it to the shop as requested and see what they say.

You can ask about them reimbursing you for your petrol whilst you're there.

Called 02 to upgrade and they advise to return it to CPW? Sure?

Yes as it was ordered from O2 and they had it despatched by Cpw as its what they do now apparently.
