Well, yes, thats a possibiity isnt it Froglet. I forget how shallow some people are in this world.

I may sound cynical but,to me, anyone who runs a pet shop involving the sale of animals to people who don't always have their best interest at heart and won't have the first clue about whether they will be well or badly treated,are not at all 'caring' and an animal lover as she professes to be.

The only places that should be allowed to release any animal,fish or bird,is a rescue centre that vets people properly,or at least a specialised centre that asks lots of questions from potential buyers that makes sure they know what they are doing.

i know it's a pipe dream but maybe one day,one day...............

I did have to laugh at the womans "balls" for doing this. I mean, surely you'd see the camera when you put the kitten in your bag. Everywhere has CCTV now so she must be a really dense woman.

Why was it not in a locked secure cage in the first place, also if it was not for sale why was it in the shop...........
