So that this low life can be caught and punished and the cat can be rescued. Please note that although it is a pet shop the owner was not selling the cat and it was not for sale. She was babysitting the kitten and its mother.

Lets hope the little kitty is alright and is returned to its rightful owners. He was very cruelly handled by the piece of sc.m that took him. Someone must know who it is.

The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best

That's just awful, the kitten doesn't even look old enough to be away from it's mother. I hope they find him soon.0

I'll ask....
What on earth was such a tiny kitten doing in the shop in the first place where it could be picked up and handled by small kids who have no clue how to handle it. The shop owner describes it as a 'timid' kitten yet she was happy to leave it in a busy shop?
I really do hope they get it back but I hope if they do its kept away from the shop.0 -
In one of the comments it says she is actually selling kittens that are not old enough to leave their mother. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Really? I didn't go through the comments.
I know when I was a kid pet shops had animals, and to some extent still do, but they tend to be in safe environments behind glass. The fact that she said she'd wondered where the cat had wandered off too made me think she's had this tiny kitten roaming free in a shop on a regular basis with the door opening and closing all day and people in and out. No wonder he was timid he'd probably be frightened to death!0 -
UPDATE the kitten has been returned!

Good news. I hope the RSPCA take the opportunity to inspect the premises as well now and hopefully this wont be reoccurring.0

What scum. The way she bungs the kitten into the bag is stomach churning - what an example to set the kids
- Im sorry, but people who come to live in this country should be sent back if they commit any crimes but we will hear that its "the romanian way of life" or something IF this ever gets to court.
The one good thing is that the pet shop owner has now said she will not be renewing her animal sales licence.0 -

So much so, she's not renewing her pet shop licence?
It's supposed to be the second one she's 'lost' in six months, too. So she's hardly devoted to their welfare in the shop.
'Centrally to the door is a large pen with 4 black and white kittens playing gleefully and meowing contently. Next to this is a glass front contain with two tiny, fluffy grey kittens. ' from a yelp review of the place.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

What's the betting she'll change her mind. This will probably bring her in extra business so why would she do that?0
