Just wondered whether anyone else has had problems with Valued Opinions?

I have had umpteen paper vouchers over 3 years without any problems, but have still had no success in getting a £15 amazon e- voucher which I ordered over 3 weeks ago, and which according to the site should have been received within 48 hours. I have emailed without any response, and also left a message on their answering machine. I have sent messages via Facebook, and got a reply saying They would email it, but still nothing!

I feel extremely aggrieved as I have spent quite a bit of time to earn these.
  • Hey,
I'm not sure if anyone has heard of Informer that was originally only for teenagers and younger people? I'd been on for a while here and there but it has recently changed to a panel called Surveybods. It's also now open to everyone and has been rebranded quite a bit. The new website looks a lot better and now alongside all surveys actually being paid, there are also monthly prize draws and you get tickets for these prize draws for every survey start, even if you're screened out.
I'd tried YouGov which I'd been on at uni who also paid for most surveys but they then changed to doing a lot more prize draws instead. Unfortunately I don't think you can mass referrals like you used to be able to on YouGov but you can refer friends and family via email.
The pay out on SurveyBods is £15, which is either by bank transfer or Amazon voucher. The limit when it was Informer was £25 and it used to be by cheque which took a while so this is so much better.
I'm going to try some of the others listed in here as well to see if I can increase the money I get. I imagine they'll all take around the same time to reach the same amount.

Surveybods is no good! I have made a redemption two months ago and I am still waiting for my payment. Their website states the money will get transferred through BACS in 14 days time but two months have passed on and I have nothing from them. Also they seem to send me survey invites on regular basis but when I email them about the money they own I never hear from them. They were excellent when they were Eduvoice but since changing to Surveybods, for me, they have gone downhill reputation wise .
  • Theres a company called Survey Bods thats not on the list.
  • I have been using Opinion Outpost UK and My Survey for about a week now. So far i've had £10 paid into my PayPal from Opinion Outpost UK. I've also cashed out £10 from My Survey but i'm waiting for the money to come into my PayPal. It can take 10-13 days.

I've tried swagbucks but it just seems a load of hassle for little gain. I don't know where to start on that site.

At least with the two companies I mentioned above they just send you out surveys and you fill them in, it's simple.
    Pay-outs since 28/11/2013:

    OpinionOutpostUK - £245 MySurvey - £68 Swagbucks - £255 Clixsense - $935 Crowdology - £40 PineCone - £48 Panelbase - £30 IPSOS - £30 ValuedOpinions - £30 GTM - £60

Ah really? get in touch with them! They can't not pay you. They've been good with me fwiw. They used to send cheques but I got a bank transfer last month.
  • A very comprehensive list filled with reputable websites.

    Update:

Have today received £10 from My Survey. Also earned another £5 from Opinion Outpost a few days ago. They process your paypal payment almost immediately.

I'm very close to reaching my next £2.50 payment from Outpost UK and my next £5 with My Survey and I should achieve that by tomorrow.

So I started online surveys on Saturday 30th November and i've now received £25 and more to follow shortly.

Swagbucks I still can't get a hang of. Almost every survey rejects me.

  • I've heard there are a few decent Survey sites but you would need a lot of time and most of the good sites are only available in the UK and US. There are better ways to make extra cash online
