  • There are no facts here. Your ideas of fact are simply a vague list of information given by me. This doesn't guarantee a FACT.

Again, please people. try not focus your attentions on me and more the question poised. I'm not here to make you feel better about yourselves.

May I bring your attention back to the question?

Please don't post unless you actually have some information relating to the original question.

    Sincere regards

This is how I sum up your replies:

"By pointing out the errors of someone else we are attempting to position ourselves as better than them. People with low self esteem, people who are unhappy in their lives, people who are frustrated with where they are in life are most susceptible to self-righteous indignation. By finding someone we believe to be less than or worse than ourselves and condemning them, we manage to feel some sort of superiority. "

And I sum up your post as:

"I was in financial trouble and rather than face up to the problems by reducing my outgoings and contacting lenders to negotiate a realistic debt management plan, I decided to commit fraud in order to get even more debt which I knew I had no hope of managing. I happily spent the money and got the benefit of it.

Now it's payback time and I want to find someone else to blame for the fact that I, a grown adult, have no self-control and committed fraud."

Don't tell the OP what they don't want to hear, that's just silly.
  • People, you're either no reading or you simply don't want to.

I DID NOT COMMIT FRAUD. THE BANK DID.

In order to issue a loan I must prove my income. Lloyds WAS my Bank. They had my records. Their employee stated I had showed him 2 years of RBS statement proving i could afford it.

    I DIDN'T

    What's with the hostility??????????

    Fraud to who? Themselves?
  • ........and who said i was in debt? I went in to increase my O/D! because I wasn't earning enough.

I didn't have enough coming in to live, not to pay debts.

Please, I don't know what you want here, but just leave this post while I hope to find some info from a person who know's the in's and out's of the banking system and if there is anything that can be done.
