People, you're either no reading or you simply don't want to.

I DID NOT COMMIT FRAUD. THE BANK DID.

In order to issue a loan I must prove my income. Lloyds WAS my Bank. They had my records. Their employee stated I had showed him 2 years of RBS statement proving i could afford it.

........and who said i was in debt? I went in to increase my O/D! because I wasn't earning enough.

I didn't have enough coming in to live, not to pay debts.

Please, I don't know what you want here, but just leave this post while I hope to find some info from a person who know's the in's and out's of the banking system and if there is anything that can be done.
