Well had a lovely day, though not got much done. First of all BG came to do our annual service under the Boiler Insurance scheme. He came just after 9 so by 10.45 he had done & gone and we picked up some friends/neighbours to go to Glass Houghton B&Q, quick coffee at McD then on to Junction 32 outlet. Quick browse round there, and some bits and a new piccy for the lounge bought. Back home and Skye had been very good in her cage, and not making a fuss, we have been building up steadily the time she has been left, and can do 4 hours now. We don't do it very often, but do need to be able to. She is laid across DH's knee now fast asleep. Agree with you it has been lovely to see the sun, and enjoy the brightness and blue sky today.

Washing now up to date, ironing has been magicked away :o, couldn't face the backache. Most of the paperwork also scanned, ready for shredding, and a couple of bits for DS's birthday found today, it is only 13 days after our return, and we will see him on our way home so have to be organised, most of present will be cash, but like a few "bits" for him to open. Tomorrow should see the rest of the paperwork sorted, and hopefully the "office" tidied up. Starting to collect bits for packing in the spare bedroom. Need to go to town on Friday to apply for my bus pass as I am now officially an OAP :D:D

    LW Enjoy Jessie
((((Hugs)))) Jools, Molly, MM, unclebryn, Kezlou, and everyone else who'd like one.

FB. Like the look of your "friend" ;):D

HH maybe the parents will start checking what the kids are wearing now!!

JackieO enjoy the workmen, and your local notoriety :D. Hope the jobs interviews go well for DD.

RR Hope DD gets the place she wants.

    Take care everyone. DG

Hi all, not a massive amount done here today as went to dunelm and b and Q this am. Did manage to pick up some things for next Christmas (reduced of course!) but when I got back I wasn't feeling well, so had a long sleep. Just back from Beaver scouts where we did Braille - little monsters!! Tomorrow I will finish painting the dining kitchen and get things back to normal. My greenhouse frame arrived, but will have to wait until OH can put it up. My seeds arrived too!! Yipee. Must concentrate on getting one job finished at a time!!
Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx

March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.

Judi - hope you feel better today x
Topsy - glad your new job has started well x
Butterfly - hope you had a good night and that the pain is better x
Kezlou - Since being ill, I have found out who my true friends are and most are here on MSE OS x

Not sure what my plans are today. We have sorted out our conservatory now it is a piggy free zone - I lost both of them as Misty eventually had to be pts and Picca died overnight the day after:cry::cry: They were inseparable so are together again x

Hugs for a good day and still thinking of Jools, Marie and Uncle Bryn xx

Hi ladies. Molly I got ill 7 years ago and went from training to do nursing to stuck in hospital in and out constantly with bowel obstructions and pain for over 4 years. Evening everyone

Had a lovely morning at work again, the kids are fab and I am really enjoying working with them. The table I was working with today managed to complete all of their worksheets, they worked really hard bless them.

os today cleaned kitchen and sorted out washing. Made a quick tea for both ds's and dh cooked for us when he got in.

Molly, Kezlou and Rachel - How awful that people can act like that, I really can't understand how some people could be that selfish. You are better off without them in your lives.
Butterflybrain - Glad you slept better.
redruby - good luck to your dd.
Judi - Hope your day has been better.
LW - Glad you have jessie coming to keep you company.
JackieO - hope your dd interview went well.
Beemuzed - thinking of you and your dh.
Bargainbird - Things have been slightly better today re my ds1, he is definately on his last warning and has been told.

Sorry If I have missed anyone. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.
