Anyone know where I can buy the cheapest Baby bjorn bouncer.

Id rather new as the secondhand one's fabric seems to have stretched quite a bit for my little one

Hi, just seen this reduced to £85.99 in Mothercare plus you should be able to get 20% off using the code for toys and 5% topcashback on top! I managed to get the black one for less than £50 when it was on clearance about 3 months ago! :D

  • Pampers size 4+ nappies box of 88 in my local Farmfoods for £8.95. Only seemed to have that size but still a good deal. They also had Pampers wipes on offer too - I can't remember how much but they also seemed quite a good deal.

Are these any good? I'm expecting my first and don't know what to buy! Is the baby Bjorn bouncer more popular than others?

I was offered one from an ebay seller that I bought something else off - she (truthfully!) said that her baby hated it and wouldn't settle in it. I bought a Bright Starts one from Amazon for £15 and it seems much more fun (vibration, added toys) - although I am still waiting to use it as baby isn't here yet! This one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bright-Starts-Sunnside-Bouncer-Multicoloured/dp/B005P5D9IK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1366053188&sr=8-1&keywords=bright+starts+bouncer - they have an open box one for less than £20 - I have bought open box stuff before and its been brand new!

I've heard loads of good things about these, and they sell well too second hand. I personally prefer to other more techie ones, as it feels like a more natural way to settle. Just hope the baby feels the same way or else I'll have to sell it off.

Yep that's exactly right. I preferred something simple with no music - however I did buy the following toy which clips on to it so my baby doesn't get too bored!

    http://www.mothercare.com/Tiny-Love-Sunny-Stroll/976010,default,pd.html

The main reasons I went for it was because its recommended by paediatricians, meant to give proper support, its natural and also because of how popular it seemed to be and of course the brand itself.

My baby likes to play and rest in it but he doesn't sleep in it (but thats more because of his sleep associations I think!). Does seem like an awful lot of money for something "plain" but I do really like it and think its worth what I paid for it (around £50). Hope that helps!
