- get in touch, ring them and do it quickly, no benefit to you to put it off
- didn't they give you any notice of their visit ?, and if so why didn't you ring them and postpone it at the time ?
- just ring them and tell them truth and see what happens but do it ASP, best of luck !Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Sam my friend, you know you must contact them, you had an appointment and did not keep it. Have they already stopped your £130 payment ? If your wife is not there to help, do it yourself, even if you make a complete hash of the phone call .. .. at least you made an attempt and it will be in your favour and recorded as your contacting them for a re-appointment request.
Check you bank .. .. !Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion.
