Your son should be able to pay money into the funds for the children, as long as he has the account details obviously.

I have no idea why a cafcass officer has been assigned if SS are involved
We were told a cafcass officer is always appointed in a residency case but this was back in september when it was the first hearing so they knew nothing of the situation

My son believed the lies even proffessionals did until it got worse and problems from the start were still there and over 2 years nothing was moving forward so he started residency proceedings.There is nothing bad against the mother apart from people and living conditions (which she wont change) because it wasnt her that was looking after the children she cant and wont do it thats why she has others there when they shouldnt be at contact but by them being around the children goes back to old ways
well theres a bit more concern than that regarding the mother but the problem mainly is who and how many is in her house and the lack of care/routine regarding the boys0
