Question about TalkTalk charges

Hi,

I am a TalkTalk customer and have been for a few years now. There is one charge on my statement that I don't understand and TalkTalk explain it either. As you'll see I've Anytime Talk, £4.09. But they are also charging me for Evening & Weekend Talk @ £7.14. Can anyone explain why I'm being charged this charge when I'm already paying for Anytime Talk?

im with talktalk.
i am charged for the essentials package plus the anytime.
but there is no evening and weekend charhe.

i pay £24.80 a month for all landline calls, line rental and broadband

Evening & Weekend Talk is effectively their Essentials plan (you don't REALLY believe you get free broadband, do you? ), and the Anytime Talk is the boost. With the two together you have an equivalent of their Plus package (not Plus TV). But you're obviously on a legacy package.

Nothing wrong there - you've just interpreted it incorrectly.
