Question about TalkTalk charges

Hi,

I am a TalkTalk customer and have been for a few years now. There is one charge on my statement that I don't understand and TalkTalk explain it either. As you'll see I've Anytime Talk, £4.09. But they are also charging me for Evening & Weekend Talk @ £7.14. Can anyone explain why I'm being charged this charge when I'm already paying for Anytime Talk?

Thanks in advance

Evening & Weekend Talk is effectively their Essentials plan (you don't REALLY believe you get free broadband, do you? ;)), and the Anytime Talk is the boost. With the two together you have an equivalent of their Plus package (not Plus TV). But you're obviously on a legacy package.

Nothing wrong there - you've just interpreted it incorrectly. :)
