I suggest you read unfair trading regulation 2008 - only around 88 pages of ramblings?

There's no mention of why that letter is excellent or what 'tremendous pool of contributions' means in that. So can YOU answer my questions?

You forgot to add something, copycats do not take holidays.

Web hosting are so advanced that now a days downtime of their websites can be as less as few seconds for the whole year...
So technically, its a 24/365hr operation, should make least a million. :rotfl:

yeah BUT the time being charged is the VICTIM'S hourly rate; not the sites.

    So my post stands.

    GIK,
IF you wont get sleep tonight - here is my answer

Letter is excellent because it addresses the rip-off trade' trading terms, actions and misrepresentation in every possible legal angle to expose their unfair tactics. Such tactics when bought under a court of law will have an adverse effect on the whole of the business, not just a trading arm (i.e the website)

Tremendous pool of contributions mean, one would have to pool in an army of legal experts to counter claim what is said in the letter.

    Now, Good night. Stay safe.

Try posting sensible, well-thought out and accurate answers then...

    and it's STIMULATING not 'simulating'.

I was referring to ONE post though - in the singular - not every post I have ever made.

Attacking the poster, and not the post, doesn't bring anything at all to the forum. Once again you have attempted to sidestep the point being made.

Fortunately so many forumites are able to see right through you.

What saddens me is that 'newbies', who need accurate advice, won't get it if they read your drivel and attempt to follow the 'advice' you give.

I too am on the side of the consumer. Unlike you I am
    (a) a realist and (b) willing to learn - I read, and follow, the advice of other posters, especially on the consumer section parts of the forum.

Your posts are the online equivalent of a 2 year old throwing a tantrum - and getting nowhere!

Do you ever read what nonsense you post? Do you know and understand the difference between bought and brought?

    How is it a typo?

THERE IS AN EXTRA LETTER IN THE WORD BROUGHT -

and r is on the top line of the keyboard - nowhere NEAR 'B' or 'O'!

Bought - the past tense of the verb 'buy'.

Brought - the past tense of the verb 'bring'.

It is NOT a typo. It is a commonly-made error.

Is your constant use of the word "advise" instead of "advice" a typo too, hpuse?

Anyway, I'd have though £10/hr is reasonable...ish. People working as care assistants get less and do hard work. Chasing up refunds and filling in forms shouldn't even be near that.
Although the letter is long, it seems fairly okay until the writer charges £50/hr as a reasonable rate. Then they just look ridiculous.

Very clear that letter from the newbie is hpuse under an AE. The wording and the dialect/style if you will is exactly the same as hpuse
