Don't underestimate how much someone like Kerry Katona will be a role model to many who can identify with her :- working class, weight problem, personal problems, perceived sex object, famous with limited talents, in other words flawed but tough enough to rise above it (at least some of the time). A lot of them will feel that they are on an 'emotional journey' with her, and albeit subliminally if she endorses something it will warm them to it.

lets be honest she is making as much as she can, its not like anyone will pay a fiver for her endorsement in 10 years time and she ain't exactly got real world skills. She is supporting herself and her kids, cant really fault her.

Anyone horrified at these loan sharks should be criticizing the government for allowing it.

OT but I remember my mum commenting on a TV advert with an APR of something like 42%, I had to explain to her that it wasn't a decimal point after the 42 and the actual APR was over 4200%. She really couldn't comprehend of anyone that knew what they were doing taking out such a loan.

I would front a payday loan company if they paid me and I got to go on TV.
  • I didn't think she could promote anything worse after her Ic@land ads, where she was seen feeding her kids sh~t but here she is scrapping the barrel.

Cautionary tale Kerry Katona fronting a payday loan shark with 2670% APR! She borrowed her fee, by the end of the month she owed nearly £20!

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

Why do they keep fronting this woman? She was on TV a couple of weeks back on morning telly being interviewed. Why? She has nothing to tell us and nothing to teach us...shes a horror..

You can bet on it. These days role models do not have to be people who apparently occupy a higher plane of human existence to those who admire them. They just need to appear frequently in celeb mags and be someone that the punters can identify with.

I am led to understand that Katy Price is a major role model for young teenage girls.
