No signal for over 2 months with O2
I am with O2 have 3 phone contracts with them however we have had not signal localy for over 2 months.
I know that the local cell where it is located and that the building has changed hands so O2 can no longer get access to this.
However when calling about it all i get is that we are working on it and has been for months .
So how do i go about getting out of this contract all they keep saying is we will give a goodwill gesture of £10 or 1 or 2 months contract back .
I just want to be taken out of this contract as i cant use it.
I have also had to buy contracts on another provider in the meantime any suggestions?
