Could be Barnet parking solutions, lets find out 100% first.
    Be happy...;)
  • It was from Barnet Council for being parked in a restricted ...... area (read residents bay at the wrong time)

But as I said before, the warden gave my wife the impression she could appeal because he hadn't photographed the back and she was standing there at the time.

You're not helping. There is no such contravention as "being parked in a restricted ...... area"

Write it exactly not what you think it says

If it is '01 Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours' but you were in a resident bay, then it is the wrong contravention.

    Drop the warden line !
Keep it dropped ! It will not help, clutching at straws.

It is not a sympathy forum.

    You are rude.

I posted my question on this forum to get advice not sympathy.

I gave the full story to help valid advice givers have the full picture.

I have mentioned the part about the warden again because other people have asked why I think I may be able to appeal.

    Keep your BS to yourself

No he's not, he's just being very straightforward

Actually you haven't. Your 'full picture' is full of anomalies which don't quite add up.
Still waiting for observation times and exact contravention

Right, so you were parked at 10.16am on a Thursday in a resident bay without a permit in a Controlled Parking Zone where the restricted hours are 10am-11am Mon-Fri.

On the face of it you have no grounds for appeal. Either pay the 50% or go to pepipoo as previously advised

Pepipoo will give you hope if there is any, never mind the warden - but of course he doesn't have to take a pic of the back of the car!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
