No Contract New/Refurb Phones - Where to Buy?

Hello,
Am looking to buy a few phones but,
-They need to be contract free (A one time payment, thats all)
-Unlocked preferred
-Refurb is okay

Prices need to be right, can't imagine buying a Nokia 3310 for 50GBP.

Does anyone know of any places that provides such deals?

Looking for mostly these ones
-Xperia Series
-Apple's
-Samsung's

Mostly Android Devices that are currently new or just replaced by new launches

I could have looked on Gumtree, but I'm not a resident of UK at the moment, mainly importing phones for reselling in the local market where I stay.

Did give Ebay UK a shot, but its a hit or a miss (Matter of luck as prices can be crazy in auctions and the Buy It Now Prices are not worth as they're way above the retail prices)

You might want to give an idea of what you want the phones to do (e.g. dumbphone vs smartphone)

Oops, missed the reselling bit

I miss the days of buying/selling second hand electronics in the Loot paper - you always sold and bought for more competitive prices like that
