Dialabroad.co.uk kept my £35 credit, help please!
Good morning,
I bought a vodafone sim and topped up £30 to take advantage of their 240 mins International freebee. Afterwards I used the credit to buy credit from dialabroad.co.uk( Text DA to 80550, they send you access number and PIN with equivalent credit).
When I got ready to use it I found out my account had been suspended, because according to them I had topped up above their daily limit.(Found out in their small print it was £21) They requested me to register with Vodafone and send them a screen shot of my account with my name, number and the top up. I did that yesterday and have still not heard from them.
Can someone please advise?
Thanks.
PS: They add a bonus of £5 to new users, so my £30 becomes £35. Thanks
