Still getting an error with this. I have posted on their Facebook page to ask them to look into.
ETA:- They have responded and asked me to PM them. Not sure why they can't look into from the post I've put up, but in the PM I've attached an image file of the error message I'm getting.
Hopefully someone will sort it!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090 -
I would suggest to anyone having problems with this to send them a pm via their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/nextonline
include your email address and mobile number and they will enter for you, that's what they did with me.
Perhaps if enough people bombard them with messages, they will sort it out!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090 -

:mad::mad:
Could you please tell me how to pm on FB without my email address being public?
Thank you
Thank you Abbafan - have done that now xxxThanks to all OP's your efforts are much appreciated :A0 -
Go onto their page and there is a little box that says "message" towards the right hand side under their cover picture. Just click that and a box will come up. Enter your message and it won't be publicly viewable on their page, they will receive it in their private messages.
Hope that helps.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090 -
It's quite shocking that this comp entry has been broken for months!!.
I just tried myself, via Firefox, Safari and Chrome on both a desktop PC and iPad. None of them work0
