Yep, my new clothes deserve outings! I just need to work out where all the normal men hide - they are definitely not on Tinder 🤣1

It’s a shame about the date but not about the new clothes.I thought the bonus was great but the shares profits would be even better. Fingers crossed for you. Any idea how much a rewire costs? Renovation costs scare me as I’ve got so much to do I’m ignoring them!

The new clothes are much better than the date was 😅
I've cancelled numerous share schemes over the years because they're never going to amount to much, but these ones are looking good - fingers crossed! There was a big one when I'd just returned from maternity but I had no spare cash so couldn't put anything in - hopefully this one will make up for it! In terms of the rewire, I've got about £2,000 in my head but I'm not sure where I got that from 😂 I could be way off. I've got loads to do at home too so I feel your pain1 -
I completed my woodland purchase today 🙌🏻🙌🏻 do I have to tell my dad now?? 😬3

How exciting! I cant wait to hear what you do with the space, it will be lovely to just have somewhere to retreat to.
My dad would be the person I'd confide in if I was purchasing woodland, he loves his daily walk in the woods.MFW - Original balance 28/08/2014 £52850Original MF date: 2049:eek: Aiming for: 2025 Current MFD: 2030

July update (better late than never!)
July passed by in a whirlwind! We had a lovely week camping in the Lake District, but wow, camping is expensive this year! We did go to Go Outdoors and buy proper beds after a bad first nights sleep though - life's too short for a week of bad sleep!
My regular saver matured and the funds have been moved to my savings account. I was trying to find a better rate today and there really aren't many but I opened a Virgin M Current Account which gives 2.02% on up to £1,000 so I've moved £1,000 into there. The rest can stay where it is for the moment and I'll work out what to do with it over the next couple of weeks. My S&S ISA is doing really well - I'm getting around 6.5%. I'm also in the process of transferring my son's Child Trust Fund to a Nutmeg Junior ISA and although the existing provider is dragging their feet with it, I have managed to get some compensation from them because of a previous error that they made - I'll put that in his new ISA too. My individual shares are up and down though - my Amazon shares, for example, went up to over 9% last month and are down to -2.4% now. I'm not worried about it though, they'll go back up. I'm waiting for my Ryanair shares to go up a bit and break even so I can sell them - I should've been going abroad this month and booked thinking they'd be honourable with their customers if we needed to change (what was I thinking!) but they're far from it and I'll never give them another penny! I haven't bought any more Crypto for a while - I just haven't had energy to think about it, but I know my Bitcoin dropped a bit but some of the others are doing okay. I can't remember if I've mentioned this before, but I've been doing the "lessons" on there and getting Crypto freebies so that's positive.
Finally, I've decided that I need a no-spend month. My credit card has been high because of holidays and some unavoidable purchases like school uniform etc, so I need to get a bit of control back. My credit card cutoff date is the 24th so I'm thinking of starting 25/08 until the end of September...wish me luck!
