totally confused by iphone insurance ?

hi all my daughter who is 19 has an iphone 4 on contract, she is worried it may get accidently damaged or stolen .Is there any insurance that she can take out to cover this, as lots of insurances appear to not cover loss or accidental damage, thanks in advance .
