Orange Ready Deal Problem
Options
Hi all,
I purchased a mobile phone for my wife before christmas and at the same time signed upto a ready deal which basically meant i pay 6 £10 top-ups up front which automatically get added to your phone on the 1st of each month. Buying it this way meant i got the phone cheaper.
Anyway the phone has not been topped up as it should be. I have being trying to sort this out for over a week now and each time i get fobbed off with "it is being sorted and it will be done within 24 hours".
After spending most of yesterday on the phone to orange we was told it was a problem with the Everything Everywhere shop where it was purchased. So today my wife went down armed with the receipt and all the details to be told exactly the same "its being sorted and will be done within the next 24 hours".
Basically i am looking to see what my consumer rights are because i have paid for the top-ups and now she is at a point where she needs credit on the phone.
Can anybody advise
