You can drop your DH off if you like, he can mediate on dodgy words & also keep our damn dog's tail away from the Jenga tower:rotfl:
How big is your safety pin? Mine is HUGE,...well, about 4 CM anway, I feel like a right wally wearing it:DPost Natal Depression is the worst part of giving birth:p

Mine is a little quilting safety pin - yup, did feel like a wally down the Doc's waiting room today - but that was because I was more anxious about someone coming up to me and saying: "Do you know which aisle the white vinegar is in?" - wasn't until I came away that I realised that the right answer would have been: "Next to the surgical spirit"~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

As mentioned elsewhere, being given the chance to have a yummy chinese meal for the first time in four years I took advantage of this golden opportunity to buy a delicious supertreat meal for the freezer.
So if I promise not to eat it for at least a week - will you let me off with just a caution?Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. hiya
if tou find you need any more for nusery or fabric you could try out freecyle, just stick in your search box, find a group near to you and put wanted adds for all that you need, you may get it you may not , but it's worth a try
I got my sewing machine from an add and its great, I did need to buy a new bobbin holder for it, but £15 for a fully working sewing machine isn't bad. I also got my cot and changing unit for free, we have a couple of charity organisations that collect and resale furniture for lower income people, as they did not usuallly collect baby equip as there wasn't much need for it I asked the bloke to take it if he was offered it ,lucky for me someone rung up a week later and the bloke let me have it for free :j as they don't normally sell the stuff.
So there are ways of doing up your nursery for virtually nowt.
good luck
sorry stupid me didn't realise how old this thread was , must try better next timeSaving for the future of the earth0
