Where someone by their own nature is a worrier, or analysis everything, or has a quick temper or is oblivious to good time-keeping, or is chatty, sunny natured, naturally organised. Just anything that is part of you/your personality. If you are a stickler for rules, regulations and prompt time keeping then someone who isn't may get on your wick.i think this person is like this with a few others as well.

She may not want you as a friend but she is certainly not worth chasing. Dont worry about it, move on and find a new friend. Sounds like she doesnt actually want you as a friend .. sorry to sound harsh.
Drop kick her to the side and move on. If she contacts you again and wants to meet up then fine .. If not then you havent lost any sleep over it.
