    Good to know. I always opt for cancelling and re-applying after x months.

    Nationwide are another one who failed to offer me any new deal but I closed last Feb at the end of 20 months at 0% and I am now eyeing up their latest 0% BT with 1.5% handling fee for 20 months offering as a "new customer" in Feb
