Best mobile roaming data SIM solution

Going India in a few weeks and need a decent cost effective mobile roaming data solution with my mobile.

I'm on Virgin Mobile and they don't seem to have a roaming data bundle the way other networks do.
Interested in property investment, web tech, social media, forex, equities. Also a proud father & entrepreneur of sorts.

    You said you're going to India, so you should get an Indian SIM card. If you want to pay many times more per megabyte or gigabyte, then get an international SIM.

    I am and I've got another thread for the most suitable Indian local SIM that does data well. However, the international SIM is a backup.
