Can anyone reccomend a sim-free smartphone for less than £120?

I need to get a new smartphone but it must be under £120, with a decent camera and support for gmail apps.

Any ideas?

Also must be normal sim not micro sim which rules out the Nokia Lumia 800

It's on Vodafone, not sim-free, but very cheap to unlock.

As posted above, the G300 is the best budget smartphone, especially if you want a decent camera. I've also spotted a Vodafone version on Amazon for £100. If Android isn't your thing, the Nokia Lumia 610 is around the £120 mark at the moment too.
