CPW contract phones

in Mobiles
Looking to get a new contract with CPW. Will give the sim to my dad and will use the phone myself. Just wanted to know whether the phone is unlocked.

Contract is Talkmobile and my network is T Mobile.

    In my experience of having CPW (or it's sister companies) mobile phones, they have come unlocked so I would imagine it does.

    Can you not just ask them in CPW to confirm it?

    yes carphone warehouse come unlocked
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    I will ask them ., just thought that would be cheeky.

    Also, I pay for my Dad's phone. He's got a basic Nokia. It's not over complicated, just right for an OAP.
