Thanks OP. This is a very good deal. Will save money kitchen cleaner as I now won't splash jam everywhere when pouring into jars, thanks to the funnel.
Not so tempted by the £270 kitchen bins, somehow!

Oh that's a shame....If you can't get hold of a set but you've set your heart on making jam then you could get away with just buying the bare minimum. The bulk of the cost is the thermometer and you could use the 'cold plate' technique instead but personally I'll find it much easier to be more accurate and get the best success with a thermometer. As headintheclouds said, you can also manage without a funnel - it's not ideal but it's do-able.

Just collected mine from local waitrose store. The box is lovely and smart and it has a £30 price sticker on it. Hope more come into stock so others can snap them up!
