Stevenage has its good points and bad points, like anywhere else.
The old town in particular is gorgeous in places.
Asandwhen - hope my advice proves fruitful....0 -
Nope all it indicates is that the majority of buyers with that EA don't want a studio flat.
If you are trying to buy a 2 bedroom flat/house in most areas of the South East with any EA you will find yourself struggling due to lack of supply and you may have to offer over asking price.
Im selling mine now so I hope your right! lol. so far no offers tho.... only 2 weeks in I guess. (6 viewings)0 -
Drop the price. It's a one bed flat !!!!!!!!

SloppySaver I think that your attitude and aggressiveness towards the OP is inappropriate for MSE.
asandwhen - it does sound like your estate agent needs to be working more actively to get you viewings. If they don't I'd consider using prutters
Good luck and I hope you sell soon.0 -
almost 100k for a none-bedroomed flat just before the market crashes? It's no use jollying people along Penny Pincher, this knob needs some tough love and Sloppy is the man for the job. Drop the price and get rid before the market drops it for you (probably by 30%).
Or listen to Bum Pincher's suggestion of tea and sympathy and do nothing and end up not selling.

would it be worth offering a 5% deposit paid instead of a reduction on the asking price? This may generate you interest from potential buyers struggling to raise a deposit.....0
