This kind of reminds me of my SIL who had a problem with one of her neighbours.
her neighbour kept letting her dog out and it would dirt all over my SIL's garden. My SIL would clean it up but eventually went to her neighbour and asked if she could possilbly keep her dog out of her garden. Of course the neighbour said she would but she never did.
My SIL went out to her garden to clean up the dogs dirt put it in a bag and at the end of the week, walked to her neighbours front door. Chapped the door and emptied the bag full of dog s**t onto her front step and told her to clean it up and said every time her dog dirtied in her garden, she would save it up and dump it on her front step!!!
Needless to say the neighbour made sure her dog never went into SIL's garden again.0
