Black horse loan ppi information needed

Hello,

I had a loan from black horse finance through carcraft afew years ago, I was younger and can remember the sales man being forceful when it came to finally setting up the loan, he insisted i needed PPI and being young and daft i went into it as he stated i could not get the car if i didn't have the cover and i needed a car ! , WISH I DIDN'T BOTHER I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HIM TO STICK IT ! but anyway its done now and paid off, I was dog sick of it afterwards and threw out all my loan info stupidly as it seemed a good idea at the time + there was no claim back back then !

I have downloaded forms from here to send to the black horse to try and get information on the loan a SAR + a cheque for £10

where do i send the letter (recorded delivery) too ?
i have this address :

PPI Complaints

Tresillian Terrace

Is that correct ? as on there website is says fill in a PPi form then send it to this address, It says nothing about SAR forms ! would they correct it if it was wrong place ?

as banks seem to be Data protection addresses for SAR`s ?

also who do i make the cheque out to ? Black horse plc ?

Could only find this which includes a form for downloading.
Why not give them a ring to see where to obtain your SAR info.

Yeah that seem to be the address to send everything ! complaints PPI claim back forms e.t.c Its there main office so i will try there

some one should put this address up on a main board with other bank details as i had to find it myself, and im sure theres plent of others who have had loans from them !

Do you have a legitimate reason for reclaiming, he siad this and he said that is not a provable reason.

If its not a PPI claim, why do you need the details of the loan then.

I need the Loan details to be able to make a PPI claim, as i threw out all my documentation ! felt good at the time i guess !

As you need to complain to the seller of PPI , there is no point in sending a SAR letter to Blackhorse...
You need to deal with Carcraft (if you can find valid complaint reasons, of course)

The loan was through the black horse ! car crafty was only arranging finance for you to buy the car, if i wanted to know anything else i had to ring black horse, and i rang them to pay it all off,

So please explain how i can claim against car craft ? Im sure there are afew other people on here that would be in the same boat !

I am in the same situation as you. I had a loan set up with a car craft, but the loan was through black horse. I was wondering if you progressed your case with black horse and how you got on? I was going to send a SAR to Black Horse but before I do I wondered if you we're successful doing this?
