Hey everyone
Hope you're all having a good day. I've had a busy day in the kitchen, getting things ready for back to work on Monday - done all the baking and lunch prep, so I can be a little lazier tomorrow and not think about work. Also made up about a weeks worth of bolognese, which is now in tubs in the freezer, ready for late nights after all of this terms parents evenings and open evenings, and catch up sessions for the kids.
Got a bit of cleaning left to do, but that's far enough different to work to be able do the last few bits (and the dreaded vacuuming) tomorrow. Got a quilt I'd like to get finished tomorrow too, fingers crossed
Hugs to all who want, lucy x*2016 - the year of the savings account!*

Hello all,
I know your probably all safely tucked up in bed but thought I would just pop in and say hello.
It's 9 in the morning here so just got up.
Well we are in our last week in Australia and I'm ready for home. It's been a lovely holiday but I am ready to get back and get on with things.
Spent a lovely day with my brother and SIL yesterday. We caught a ferry to Freemantle down the swan river. It was glorious weather, 38 degrees, there were people fishing, from boats and waterskiing and kite surfing. The properties along the coastline were fabulous and are home to many of Perths rich and famous.
Today will be pottering around, I am making a chicken and chorizo stew for tea with rice and garlic bread. Need to visit my SIL who goes in hospital tomorrow for a major op.
Planning a day out with mum and dad on Tuesday to visit the antique shops.
Wednesday will be spent packing. We leave Thursday, our middle son flies out the following Thursday and then mum and dad 4 days later.
Most of the folk here are back to work on Monday.
Anyway enough waffle, time for breakfast.
Big hugs for Jools and unclebryn
FB glad your recovering well from your op. take care
Bye for now, will be able to post properly on Friday xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
