I agree shops are not there to look after kids, but kids are not there to clean the shop with a tissue they had to buy. The lack of customer care was my first thought. She is perfectly capable of looking after herself. If the can states not for kids then it shouldnt be siold to kids, like fireworks and fags? She fine now if not still awake!
There are LAWS relating to the sale of goods to minors. Redbull isn't a restricted good.

To be fair, I'm guessing Poundland workers don't go to work to clear up your daughter's puke. It's not like she has a stomach bug, she made herself ill by over indulging.
That said, I know when I worked in retail we certainly had specialist cleaning procedures and products for bodily fluids. Somebody wiping it up with a tissue is not exactly the best way to deal with this, and a powerful cleaner should have been used.

Red Bull's warning to children is just that, a warning an a reccomendation that it should not be consumed by children. There are, however, no laws that state they shouldn't be sold to children.
However, there are laws for fireworks, cigarettes, alcohol etc.

I've had a few jobs in retail and one in a nightclub, and in all of these I've had to clean up puke at least once (the nightclub on a regular basis). Unfortunately it's part (albeit a horrible part) of dealing with the public.

That being said, I'm glad I've never sold clothing, as the stories about soiled underwear in the changing rooms would make me puke.
