I had the same problem this afternoon. I rang their helpline, unfortunately they couldn't help because even if you quote your order number the customer service system takes 24 hours to update with new orders! I was told to ring back on Monday.
Guess I will have to do the same as the email never came through. Bit tricky though as I didn't write down the order number!:(0 -
