I had the same problem this afternoon. I rang their helpline, unfortunately they couldn't help because even if you quote your order number the customer service system takes 24 hours to update with new orders! I was told to ring back on Monday.0 -
I got my confirmation straigh away. The grobox was great. I did one the other year- admitedly half he stuff didn't come up but the things that did were great quality

Thank you for posting this Oxfam sale.
Why do I feel guilty as I've a ordered two items totalling nearly £20 including P&P but would never have paid full price for these items. I'm trying to convince myself that every little help - whoops that's Tescos slogan but it applies to the mood I'm in :A
