T-Mobile - No FUP?

I've just been on the phone to T-Mobile regarding my upgrade and although they aren't really offering any deals, they are offering iphone 4s, 2000 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet for £26pm.

I'm on roughly the same just now but my data allowance is 3GB which I understand is rather large and can no longer be matched, but I always thought 'unlimited' internet meant it was subject to a fair usage policy, the girl I spoke to said there was no FUP in place for t-mobile. Does anyone know if this is indeed correct?

The T&C specify there is a FUP but not what, "unlimited" will have one but the ASA have approved the use of the phrase unlimited as long as the majority of users will not see such a limit.
