I think I will return it. I have already contacted Amazon about the note from the supplier.

Just hope it is easy enough to return but we'll see how it goes.

At least writing it down and reading replies has clarified my mind. I wouldn't be happy with keeping it now. I just feel if there is no information regarding manufacturer etc and no proper information about guarantees then it is probably not worth keeping. I think I would be waiting for it to break down.

We will purchase from a high street supplier I think for my piece of mind.

If its come from China or Hong Kong then impression I get is you will need to return it at your own cost before any chance of getting your money back.

Maybe worth just keeping it if it works if this is the case.

Unfortunately when it was ordered DracoTek was not listed but it now appears as the first supplier which is why it appears in my link.

I have reported to Amazon who will investigate Henny.

I have contacted Henny to ask about returns and am awaiting reply.

I've thought about postage. Am waiting for supplier to contact about returns policy. I may check how much it would be to send back.
