vodafone problems

Hiya

I am currently on contract with vodafone and am having problems receiving texts,making phone calls and accessing the internet. I have been on the phone so to them so many times this week and still the issues have not been resolved. I have also been hearing of numerous people in my area that they are also experiencing the same problem. Apparantly there is a problem with the 3G mast? When i mention this to vodafone they say that there isn't a problem in my area. I am now on 2G and still cannot access the internet at all as the signal is rubbish! I have got to the stage where i feel like cancelling the contract and moving elsewhere! I feel as tho i am paying for something and not getting it!

Any help would be gratefully recieved:D

    There is a Voda company representative that appears on here...might be worth messaging them and seeing if you get a better response
