Aw I ordered about noon....... I wonder why they mark it OOS then back in stock..... Is unfair to those who are told it is OOS for someone to order later and get it.

I rang customer services when the Sanctuary part of my order was cancelled and they said I should not get charged delivery as it is their fault but just in case gave me 500 points to cover the delivery and inconvenience.
My order is still showing as being processed and both the Gok and Sanctuary are still on the order. If they cancel it does it get taken off in my order history too? The girl did say when I rang up that it was strange I had a cancellation email as it was still showing as ok on my order.
Still no idea what I am going to be getting delivered to store.

I have a feeling that if Boots are going to reduce a couple of things a week, the Teddy Baker set will be next.
Quite a few have appeared in our small store, along with a number of Champneys Sets.

Would agree, pictures for both items are on the Champneys set, which would lead you to believe they are linked and are being *fiddled* with...also the Arbroath store has a shed load of the Champneys which I didn't notice being there before.

Maybe they are doing reductions in stages. First get rid of all the ones that aren't selling. I.e all the star gift ones that still will not shift.

Should have realised from last year that they don't sell until 75-90% off!!

Does anyone ever buy them at full price? There always seems to be so many left you would think they would realise by now that everyone likes a bargain so why charge so much to start with, some are never worth what they are at full price.
