I placed order online 9:28hrs on the 4th Jan for sale items including the sanctuary & gok gift sets.They're due for home delivery on 9th but still showing "order being processed" . Does anyone know whether I'm likely to receive this order?? I've looked through this thread & no wiser!!
Also, Chesterfield store had loads of the Gok sets yesterday but no Sanctuary.

No, thats what I thought.!
If they delete the Sanctuary & Gok sets my order won't qualify for free delivery, I presume they won't charge me since it's their cancellations which made the total less?

Thanx 4 advice but have realised I made a mistake - it was a different set.
