EXPIRED Boots - 75% off Sanctuary & Gok Wan Gift Sets

collected my store delivery today and got them to open the box as it looked suspiciously small !! Seems they have sent the GOK sets but not the Sanctuary, typical that was my one as well, seems they refunded me this morning, had not told me, just a short line at the bottom of the delivery note. Had got really excited when I got my text saying the order had arrived. Never mind at least thats a couple of decent birthday gifts :T:T:T

Wish I could find Gok Wan Gift Sets for sale. Has anyone seen any in any of the Ayrshire, Glasgow or East Kilbride stores as could get to any of these? Please post if you have as would help with my birthday gifts for teenagers. Thanks

I paid PayPal on the 6th and mine is still pending also Hun, the funds haven't left my account yet though and as far as I know the money needs to come out of your account before PayPal refund, so not to sure what's going on.:o PayPal normally takes 3 days tops to leave your account, and then refunds will go in to your PayPal account and you have to transfer back out. Guess that's what I get for being to lazy to grab my bank card to pay lol :rotfl:

Ive got exactly the same problem. I used funds in my Paypal account so after the order was cancelled by Boots I checked my Paypal account and the balance was showing as nil (was £20 in there before the order)

Ive rung Boots 3 times and they dont want to know :mad:
Paypal have said that if Boots dont claim the money it will eventually show back up in my Paypal account but only after 29 days.

Ive emailed the Boots CEOs office to complain but Im not holding my breath lol

I've still got two sanctuary sets 'in process' on my boots account page. How long does it take to say 'order cancelled'.

It's from around a week ago.

My other gok order has been delivered.

I was really surprised at the fab quality of Gok sets! The purple case is a lot bigger than I expected and is very well maid and everything in it smell so gorgeous. Thanks OP!

Yes I think the case is really nice, you would probably pay £20 for that on it's own. I've got one to take back to Boots unless any MSEers near Canary Wharf wants it?
