Might need the OP to confirm.

Your looking at a 200-300 quid at most.
Country's full of underemployed Wordpress men.

With flowers, I'd make it more 'arty' than the standard corporate / shop template.
Make it stand out a bit. Quirky, even.

Paypal online shops are tricky for client editing because the individual items may need Paypal customisation.
