    I still found it was not working and upon ringing Virgin they told me my SIM was not yet MMS enabled. To do this, they told me to send a picture to myself. I did this and now it is all working - super!!

    Yes once done it was easy, virgin did come up on the network setup tool profile, I did notice the 1st time I accessed it, it showed T-mobile.
    It's not a bad little handset the menu structure seems to work nicely.
