If the latest letter offers you a POPLA appeal code then use it after reading up on how to appeal to POPLA.

If it doesn't then ignore it of course. Only take seriously real small claim papers and if you get those, post on pepipoo for help to defend against this scam.

A small claim does NOT = a win (and you are not in that situation anyway right now, that's a standard letter).

DO NOT respond to letters like that one. Only to a real court claim.
