T-mobile retention traiffs

I am currently on T-mobile my contract is due toend soon and was wondering how they are in terms on their retention tariffs? I have never been with t-mobile before so all your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know orange and o2 do offer very good deals to keep customers, buit do t-mobile do the same?

It really depends on your monthly bills, if you have biils over the £40 mark then chances are you will get a good deal, it is better to have a shop around so you can quote them to what you have seen and see if they can match or better it.
  • thanks for your repley matey. It would be intresting to see what people have been offered to say with t-mobile.

When I was with them around 12 months ago I was paying £80 a month and rang up to change my tarrif, I was offered 400 mins and 250 texts for £25 per month which was just under what I used per month, I left it for a couple of days and then got offered 600 mins and 300 texts for £20 per month which I accepted plus got a free phone, It really depends on who you speak to at the time. I used to be a really heavy phone user and one bill I had was for just over £800 for a month when I was with orange and they offered me the world so it does really depend on monthly useage.

if you can ask for what they can offer if you keep your current handset. i've an old contract 750 landline/tmobile off peak and 50 txt for 2.99 / month. Quite useful.

i recently spoke to retention and all they would offer me was a £10 discount on my tarriff.
I was on a £30 a month offpeak tarriff which i never went over.

Ended up getting a 24month sim only deal 3000 t-mobile and landline offpeak mins which worked out for £5 a month (is £15 on their website).

This is not usefull for everyone...but good for me.
