Any other ex-Biscit customers having trouble with O-BIT?

Argh!
I'm an ex-BISCIT customer, and when they went bust, I took up O-BIT's offer to take over the contract on exactly the same terms (£21pm for broadband, phone line and most calls). After a couple of weeks delay, this was all set up and worked fine, but last weekend my 'phone line stopped letting me receive/make calls.
I've been in touch with O-BIT several times, and today I have been told that I was "misinformed" that O-BIT were taking over the bundled package and they will be charging me £19.75 for broadband only and I need to contact BT to reinstate my phone line (and to pay for line rental and calls separately).
Anyone else have a similar experience?
I've now asked for my MAC code, and I'm assuming I don't have to pay O-BIT as they have not provided me with the service I agreed to.
And any ideas what the best options are for me now for a bundled package (in an uncabled area, ie, no TalkTalk/Sky cheapie packages available)? I'm even considering going back to BT...
Thanks!
